Yes. Physiotherapy sessions prescribed by a doctor are covered by basic health insurance (LaMal), subject to your deductible and co-payment (10%). We will bill your insurance company directly (Third-Party Payment) or send you the invoice to submit (Third-Party Guarantee), depending on your coverage.
To be reimbursed, yes. A prescription (physiotherapy voucher) dated less than 5 weeks prior is required for coverage by basic health insurance. However, you can consult without a prescription if you choose to pay for a private session or for preventative/wellness care.
It's very simple. You can book your appointment directly online through our website by clicking the "Book an Appointment" button. If you don't find a suitable time, please feel free to call us or send us a message via the contact form.
For your first appointment, please bring:
Your health insurance card.
Your original medical prescription.
Any recent examinations (X-rays, MRIs, medical reports) related to your reason for consultation.
We recommend you wear comfortable or athletic clothing that doesn't restrict your movement. Please bring appropriate underwear, as the therapist may ask you to uncover the area to be treated for the clinical examination.
